NATIVO is built and run by Urdaneta & Co., a Madrid firm founded by Rafael Urdaneta. Fifteen years building finance functions inside founder-led companies — the entities, the rails, the people being paid, and the month that has to close whether or not the tools cooperate.
The firm exists because that job kept being done the same way in every company: a spreadsheet rebuilt each month by someone who was also doing three other things, with crypto and platform payouts booked by hand if at all, and nobody willing to sign. NATIVO is that job, built once, properly, and then kept honest.
