Shape means entities, rails and headcount. An agency with one entity, three rails and ten chatters is a different month from two entities, five rails and forty. Both get the same system; the Run and Platform prices follow the hours, and you see them in writing before you commit to anything beyond the Diagnostic.

Those tools sell you a screen for what you type in. NATIVO is built around how your money actually moves, lives on your server, and comes with a named person who signs the month. The Build is the cost of the tailoring and the tie-out; the running cost is what it takes to keep it honest.
"€25,000 is a lot. What am I buying?"
A finance system that is yours: six months of your history rebooked and tied to statements, your rules written in plain words and enforced, every rail connected, installed on your server, and a first month signed. The alternative is paying for a rebuild every month, forever, and owning nothing at the end.
"How is the Run price set?"
By shape: entities, rails and headcount. It is quoted in the Diagnostic statement, in writing, before you commit to the Build. It does not move during the three months.
"What does 'from €500' actually mean?"
Platform is priced on the hours a month takes to read, check and sign — with a floor of €500 and a ceiling we agree with you at handover. A settled agency with a deputy who answers the queue sits near the floor.
"Can we skip the Diagnostic?"
No. It is how we quote the Build and Run honestly, and how you see your own figures before spending more. It is credited in full, so it costs nothing extra if you go on.
"Do you file our accounts?"
No. Your accountant files from these books, on the standard they use — PGC, UK or US GAAP. They receive a clean import and stop rebuilding. We never file, and we never replace them.
"What if we stop after Run?"
You keep everything. The system sits on a server you control; the record is complete and in open formats. Your deputy runs the queue; your accountant files. Come back any time.
Two weeks and your real exports. That is the only commitment.
